Hector Cueva Jacome, the Consul General of Ecuador.
Recently, Pro Ecuador, the Institute for the Promotion of Trade and Investment of the country, hosted an event called Experience Ecuador at Shiro, Lower Parel, Mumbai. There was an informative audio/visual presentation to show what Ecuador has in offer for the travellers worldwide and it also showcased other opportunities there. But for a foodie like me, the main attraction was tasting the sinful products by renowned chocolatier Chef Varun Inamdar, made with the famous Ecuadorian chocolate! The brand “The Chocolate Factory Ecuador” was officially launched by none other than Rashmi Uday Singh and the Consulate General Hector Cueva Jacome. Chocolate enthusiasts will be excited to know that Varun Inamdar’s luxury Ecuadorian chocolates will now be available in Mumbai at Godrej Nature’s Basket outlets at Rs 750 for a box of 12.

Varun Inamdar’s luxe chocolates are simply gorgeous! Every bite of these will definitely make a chocoholic scream with joy. Every piece in his chocolate box is unique in every sense… be it the texture, flavour, aroma or just the look! Some of the flavours are blueberry, strawberry, burnt vanilla and coffee. Look at these cute cubes of colourful chocolates. Aren’t these perfect for Christmas?
As this is my last post for this year, I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas! Cosmopolitan Currymania is all set with an array of recipes for you in 2015. See you next year!!
