    I agree with John. This is the first I’ve heard of a beet curry. Love the dish’s color and I bet it tastes delicious.

    Beet in curry! I love beets, but I eat beets in salad most of the time (boring, old fashion way, huh?). I definitely like that beets coated with curry… must be amazing!

    Usually I only eat beetroot if it was juiced together with apple and carrots but I have to say your beetroot yogurt curry looks very tempting. Not sure if I had come across something similar here in a friends house. Wish you a great weekend!
