This looks divine! My husband was trying to explain tofu to an Indian guy at work the other day, and ended up saying “it’s just like paneer!”.

Although I like tofu, I don’t cook it that often – just not in the habit, I suppose. Love the idea of grilling it – I’ve never done that. And the peanut chutney looks wonderful. Really flavorful, good stuff – thanks.

Love the grill mark on the tofu! I just came back from Thai restaurant and I couldn’t get enough of their peanut sauce. Your peanut chutney sounds really good. Tofu absorb flavors from the chutney and this must be really delicious!

What a wonderful dish! I can’t wait to try it. I grew up in Hong Kong, maybe that’s why I’ve always love tofu! 😛 I love those tofu shops there that I can get freshly made tofu anytime of the day! Gotta give this recipe a try. The grill marks on the tofu is so gorgeous.

Purabi, I’ve only eaten tofu a couple of times. Glad to see you’re experimenting with it. Your peanut chutney is a great reason to eat it more often!

Well I have to say that as a not-very-tofu person, you’ve enticed me beyond belief with that tasty list of ingredients. It looks rather tasty! Bravo.
