    Cute little rolls! I really like the idea of using the rice cooker to help proof your yeast – very ingenious. Ricotta salata has such wonderful flavor (I assume that’s what you’re using) and would be dynamite in these as the filling. Good stuff – thanks.

    I completely hear you loud and clear about trying to keep the food budget down. Food is crazy expensive in Hong Kong and with 2 growing teenage boys I can’t seem to keep my pantry in stock. Love your little croissants so light and delicious. Take care, BAM
