oh wow it sounds indeed exciting. Cant wait to hear how it was!

Your stuffed pasta look delicious, I am drooling!

You had asked me on my blog about the spirulina. I guesse it wouldnt be bad for your husband but I suggest that you check that out with your doctor, just in case. u might get spirulina easier in bangalore. I heard spirulina from pondicherry is good.

I have never made stuffed pasta before. I’m sure this will be our family’s favorite and my kids won’t say “pasta again?” since it looks different. Hehehe. I’m so excited for you that you are invited to meet the celebrity chef!!! Take a picture if you can and share it with us! 😉

I trust you about the avocado – it would lend even a little more creaminess to the dish and soften the shell stuffing. What a lovely change from spinach!

Daisy@Nevertoosweet, I got these pastas from the pasta section of my superstore itself. In case you don’t get jumbo pasta, try with regular-sized conch pasta. But remember, when you boil these regular-sized pasta, make it 60% cooked only. Otherwise, these can break while you put the stuffing. A piping bag with a big hole can be used to make the stuffing process easier.

Dara, thanks for the award, really so king of you!

Thank you, all my foodie friends, for your amazing response!!
