    First off…CONGRATULATIONS! I’m not surprised, but this write-up is well deserved! I’m thrilled for you!

    I think the pasta is fabulous! I love the idea of hard boiled eggs and olive in it…but your Indian roots are showing when you added fruit! I would definitely try this one…

    I have never made white sauce for my pasta before so I think you did a great job! I would use the same ingredients minus the fruit and replace the white sauce for red. For me fruit with savory is still a bit strange although I love the pork/apple combo. If you haven’t tried it, give it a go. It is great!

    PS congrats on “Top Expats and Hong Kong Blogs” category. You totally deserve it!

    My children love pastas, I am a lousy cook so most of the time for want of pastas, we eat out or get my friends to help cook some for my kids.

    The sauce look so delicious yet simple to prepare, hmmmm about time I make an effort to learn and try your recipe, and get some out from my kitchen?
